Uzm. Dr. Murat Diyarbakırlıoğlu Clinic
Op. Dr. Murat Diyarbakırlıoğlu, after completing his undergraduate education in Malatya and Elazığ, he started his medical education in Istanbul University Istanbul (Çapa) Faculty of Medicine and graduated as medical doctor in 2008. In the same year in Medical Specialization Examination (TUS) he placed at 19th in ranking and he started to specialization training in Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Clinic which is one of the best plastic surgery clinics in Turkey. He qualified as Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist in 2013.
In 2012 he went to the world-famous plastic surgeon Bahman Guyuron's clinic as visitor doctor, in Cleveland, Ohio for facial and nose aesthetics training. In the same year, at Istituto Europeo di Oncologia in Milan, Italy, he worked with Dr. Mario Rietjens on aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery.
In 2014, Dr. Diyarbakirlioglu was qualified as a fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) and rewarded with “quality recognition” by passing a 2 steps examination in Brussels.
Between 2014-2016 he worked as specialist in Diyarbakır Gazi Yaşargil Training and Research Hospital for 2 years within the scope of his mandatory service obligation. Between 2017-2019 he started to work at Medical Park Florya Hospital in Istanbul and performed thousand of successful operations in this period. Dr. Diyarbakırlıoğlu continues his professional practice under the brand of MD Aesthetics, which is his own clinic, since March 2020.
His professional interests include postbariatric surgery (correction of sagging and deformations in the body after massive weight loss), body shaping with liposuction, aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, face and nose aesthetics. Especially in the field of postbariatric surgery, Dr. Diyarbakırlıoğlu continues his scientific studies on the techniques and algorithms he defined.
