The practice of health, which had begun by The Transplantation and Burn Treatment Center Foundation of Turkey in 1982, has progressed into a comprehensive healthcare group with its 1 university, 10 university hospitals, 13 dialysis centers, 5 outpatient clinics, 2 private high schools, 2 hotels and 6 foundations.
Today, BAŞKENT ranks among the largest and most medically advanced hospital groups in Turkey and also in Middle East. With its steadily increasing network, BAŞKENT treats near 3 million patients annually, of which 100.000 are inpatient treatments. 1.500 bed capacity and more than 8.500 employees, state-of-the-art medical equipment, significant contributions to research, and dynamic academic staff have made BAŞKENT a highly dynamic and successful healthcare group.
